On this day, we celebrate the birth of our Savior. The day when God became fully Man to live a wretched human life and die to save us from an eternal doom. Born so humbly in an unassuming setting.
How beautiful this day is to us who believe.

I am not sure I would call the life Jesus lived on earth a wretched human life.

Glorified as fully God > Fully human in condition, suffered the unsurmountable wrath of the Father. Maybe not wretched in His influence or deeds, but definitely wretched in His human condition (comparatively)
